I visited the store to purchase several items and was initially assisted by a very friendly, helpful, and professional employee. Unfortunately, my experience with the manager was quite different. The manager informed me that I had to leave the store because I had my service dog with me. However, service dogs are legally permitted to accompany their handlers inside public establishments. Additionally, there were no signs posted at the entrance indicating any restrictions regarding dogs. I was disappointed by the way the situation was handled. If there were any questions about my service dog, a respectful inquiry would have been appropriate. Businesses and their staff should be familiar with the laws regarding service animals and treat all customers with professionalism and respect. As a paying customer, I expected a more courteous and informed response. I hope management takes the opportunity to better educate staff on service animal regulations to prevent similar situations in the future or even a lawsuit.

The strawberry shortcake cake from Lulus for my baby shower was absolutely delicious & stunning. I gave a reference pic for inspo and Carlos nailed it. Not only was it so well designed but the taste of the cake was perfection. It was not too sweet which I prefer. The flavors had a perfect balance making each bite heavenly. Thank you so much! I ordered a custom cake and it turned out just how I wanted. Angela was very helpful throughout the process for any questions I had regarding the design, size and flavor. Everyone thought the cake was beautiful and the price was also reasonable.

I ordered a cake from this bakery for my sons First Communion and showed the cashier a picture of what I wanted a single tier (the bottom layer from the photo) doublebarrel cake ( about 10inch in ht) plain, simple, smooth, and with no border . Very simple. However, when I received the cake, the sides had border and looked nothing like what I requested. The most frustrating part was the lack of accountability. Instead of apologizing, they blamed us, saying the cake was fine when my husband picked it up. My husband wasn’t even aware of the details of the order, so that explanation made no sense. When I followed up, I was told that the cashier shouldn’t have taken my order for a specialty cake in the first place and should have walked me through the proper process. That didn’t happen, and now they’re using it as an excuse. Overall, the customer service was very disappointing. Rather than acknowledging the mistake and trying to improve, they shifted the blame onto the customer. I ended up with a cake that was completely different from what I ordered.Please think twice before ordering for any special occasion as it can be frustrating with bad customer service. I always come back to Lulu’s Bakery for their pistachio mousse cake. It’s the perfect balance—pistachio cream layered over soft chocolate chiffon, topped w/ real pistachios that add just the right texture. The flavor is good—- not overly sweet, smooth & satisfying.
